Hello Nipper Families.

I am writing this note to advise you that I have stepped down from my position as the Junior Activity Coordinator.
This decision was not easy for me, as being a part of the Cudgen Surf Club has been an important part of our families’ life since moving to Kingscliff.
Throughout the last 2 years, I have been honoured to work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, all committed to making a difference in this club and our community.
However, due to personal commitments and a need to rebalance our family priorities, I find it necessary to step back from this role at this time.
I want to ensure I leave this responsibility in good hands and do not disrupt the planning and operations of the season ahead.
I am committed to assisting in the transition of my duties and provide all the necessary information to ensure a smooth handover.
I am actively seeking someone from our nipper community to take over this role. If you are interested, can I please ask you reach out to me so we can discuss the role in more detail.
Although I am stepping down from my JAC role, I will remain on the board at this stage and will continue to patrol and support the club in what ways I can.
